Herbal Hair Loss Treatment

Charley Warwick has written 'Herbal Hair Loss Treatment' and writes "I was losing my hair fast. They say the hair gene skips a generation but not in my family. My father, my grandfather, my great grandfather were all as bald as bowling balls by the time they were 35. I was bound and determined that wasn't going to happen to me.

Call it vanity or call it a quest. I began a journey into the hair loss prevention world. I read everything I could on the subject from medical journals to old home remedy books to herbal hair loss treatments. I spent countless dollars on my hair loss education.

And I tried everything to stop the baldness. I used every home remedy I could find. I massaged my scalp every chance I got. I did hot oil massages as well. I rubbed my scalp with with castor oil, with almond oil, olive oil, raw eggs, mayo, cinnamon oil, sesame oil, and vitamin e..

I rinsed my my hair with sage tea, parsley tea and with apple cider vinegar.

I drank stinging nettle juice, birch tree juice and watercress juice.

All that stuff ever did was cure my dandruff which wouldn't be much of a problem in the near future if I didn't have any hair.

Then I tried some of the drugs out there. I tried minoxidil and then finasteride but my hair kept falling out and my hair line kept receding. I had been on this journey for over 3 years and I was slowly coming up to my 35 birthday. It seemed all I could do was concede that I was going to be bald just like all the other males in my family.

Then, by accident, I came across a herbal hair loss treatment remedy that I had never heard about before. I was standing in a drug store thinking I would give it one more shot. Surely there had to be some remedy out there for my hair loss?

I was filling a basket up with a bunch of scalp treatment products when a man walked up to me. He told me that he noticed I had a hair problem and that he could help me. He told me he knew of an old family secret that would help me grow my hair back. I was skeptical of course. I had tried every home remedy in the world.

He then took out a pen and asked me for a piece of paper. He wrote down only 3 ingredients and then the quick instructions on how to use the ingredients. He smiled at me and walked away. Like I said, I was skeptical - but then I tried the remedy.

And my life hasn't been the same since!

Methods of Hair Loss Prevention

Michelle Bery has written 'Methods of Hair Loss Prevention' and writes "When it comes to hair loss, in most cases genetics is driving the bus. If you come from a long line of family who has lost their hair then chances are you are heading in the same direction. But that doesn’t mean that there is nothing we can do to exert some control over the situation. Hair loss prevention measures do exist; implementing some into your daily life may significantly impact the onset and severity of hair loss.

Hair, like any other part of our bodies, requires proper care and nutrition in order to thrive. Taking care of your hair – in several capacities – can be a large part of hair loss prevention. Avoid damaging your hair by minimizing color and other processing. When you can, let your hair air dry rather than using a blow dryer. Use a comb instead of a brush to reduce breakage. And use a good shampoo and conditioner designed to help strengthen hair..

Scalp massage has been shown to have quite a bit of success in hair loss prevention. Frequent, five to ten minute scalp massages with any number of oils will stimulate nerve endings and strengthen hair follicles. Go online to find those oils that have shown success with hair loss prevention such as almond oil, coconut oil, and even castor oil.

Diet is incredibly important in hair loss prevention. What you are putting in your body will inevitably encroach upon all areas of system function. If you are eating a poor diet you are only increasing your chances of hair loss and a myriad of other health problems. Proper nutrition – such as a diet based on whole, natural foods – will ensure you a lifetime of health. And will greatly support your hair loss prevention efforts. Build your diet around fresh vegetables and fruits, whole grains, and lean meats. Avoid highly processed foods, excessive caffeine and alcohol, and tobacco products.

Hair loss prevention is possible with a committed focus on the whole body. Take steps to increase your overall level of health and take extra care of your hair. You may be surprised at the results.

Finding A Hair Loss Remedy

Michelle Bery has written 'Finding A Hair Loss Remedy' and writes "Hair loss can be devastating no matter what your age or gender. For those who suffer from hair loss, not much will stop them from seeking out a hair loss remedy. While there has yet to be found an ultimate cure for hair loss, there are certain things that can help combat the effects.

First and foremost, if you are experiencing hair loss then it is imperative that you see a doctor to ensure that there are no hormonal deficiencies at work. A simple blood test should be enough to ascertain if your hormone levels are to blame for your hair loss. If this is the case, there are certain hormone treatments that have proven successful as a hair loss remedy..

Diet can also be a significant component in hair loss. If you are currently eating a poor diet and experiencing hair loss, then experiment with a change in your eating habits. Limit those foods that contain high levels of salt, preservatives, and fat. Studies have shown that a diet high in protein has been successful as a natural hair loss remedy. Try increasing your protein intake with green, leafy vegetables, eggs, soy, and other protein rich foods.

Others have had success with consistent scalp massage as a hair loss remedy. A five minute scalp massage several times a week will go a long way to stimulating hair follicles. There are a number of oils that you can use for scalp massage including almond, coconut, and castor oils.

Depending on the culture, there are many different oil combinations that seem to have had success as a hair loss remedy. The Internet is a wonderful resource for finding some of these hair loss remedy “recipes.” You can also find an online community where you can check in with people who have tried several options. They will be able to tell you what their experience was; just keep in mind that not every person reacts the same to each hair loss remedy. Success is on an individual basis and depends largely on the particular person’s body chemistry.

Hair loss can be frustrating and upsetting. But it doesn’t have to run your life. Experiment one at a time with each particular hair loss remedy. You may find that you’re not far away from stopping hair loss in its tracks.

Introducing The Plum Blossom Hammer for Hair Loss Treatment

Trevor Mulholland has written 'Introducing The Plum Blossom Hammer for Hair Loss Treatment' and writes "Acupuncture to the scalp is becoming one of the treatments of choice for men and women suffering from hair loss. People who suffer from the ailment opt to do it at the clinic of a therapist practicing alternative medicine, but there are some who do their own acupuncture therapy at home through the use of a device called the plum blossom hammer. Satisfied customers have attested to the benefits of using the plum blossom hammer for hair loss treatment.

The use of the plum blossom hammer for hair loss treatment is a relatively new concept in English-speaking nations. The plum blossom hammer is a very small hammer with that is placed with around five to seven needle points. This hammer is pressed gently against certain areas of the scalp, and its daily use is said to be an effective cure to hair loss. However, it should never be used without prior authorization and instruction from a therapist practicing acupuncture..

Acupuncture to the scalp is becoming one of the treatments of choice for men and women suffering from hair loss. Acupuncture is a traditional Chinese medical treatment that operates on the philosophy that life force, more popularly known as "chi," flows through the body. The unhindered flow of chi promotes good health and wellness, while obstacles to the flow of chi results in certain illnesses, depending on where the chi is blocked. What acupuncture does is to eliminate these obstacles and correct the flow of chi into the body.

In Western terms, acupuncture is supposed to stimulate the nerve endings just underneath the skin through the insertion of long and fine needles. The stimulation of the nerve endings in the treated area results in the improvement of the circulation of blood to the affected area. An improved circulation of blood in the said area means that the damaged cells in the area will be repaired more quickly and easily, and that more nutrients needed to encourage and accelerate healing will be brought by the blood to the area. Improved blood circulation also entails the development of new cells to replace the dead and damaged ones in the area.

The daily use of the plum blossom hammer for hair loss treatment, while not really proven medically to completely heal hair loss, is at least effective in encouraging the growth of new cells in the hair follicles of the scalp. The growth of new cells always means that the re-growth of hair is still possible. Nonetheless, the plum blossom hammer should never be used without proper instruction from the acupuncture therapist.

Hair Loss Treatment and Solution

Dr John Anne has written Hair Loss Treatment and Solution and writes "Hair forms a beautiful part of human body. All human beings wish to have strong and healthy hair and people often go to any extent to have a beautiful crowning glory. Hair treatments and hair specialization has become a multi million dollar industry today. But even with the development of modern techniques, hair loss has become a very big problem with many people. In Ayurveda, hair is considered as the excretory product of the bones, which is one among the Dhatus. It also advocates application of oil everyday especially on the head, ears and feet. From this, one can understand the importance Ayurveda, has given in maintaining healthy hair.

Hair loss is a problem that has become a worldwide phenomenon in modern times. The reason for such a drastic increase in this problem is many.

a. Stress and strain of the modern life: - Unlike olden times stress is more with today’s life. Tension causes hair loss. Besides other than the courses many beauty parlors offer, people have no time for elaborate hair care that was done years before..

b. Excessive use of chemicals as in hair coloring, dyeing etc.: - With the passage of time instead of using the tested and tried way of using herbs, people are running around for the short time treatment. They are on the lookout for more results in less time and hence undergo many capsule treatments. Most of these use chemical components, which may cause allergy in some people. Besides extensive use of chemicals can harm the hair. It is said that if chlorine water is used for washing hair, then we have to wash it again with good drinking water so as to wash of the residue. Many people while going to a particular city complain of hairball due to chlorine water. Chemicals used for coloring, dyeing etc plays a main role in hair loss

c. Diseases such as anaemia, allopacia etc also is the reason for hair fall. Apart from these, constant use of drugs in many serious ailments also results in hair fall. After surgery some people complain of hair fall.

d. Heriditary: - This is also a main factor. Nothing can be done for the hereditary baldness. To an extent treatment can be provided for hair loss. But if the problem is hereditary then chances for hair growth in a vast scale is negligible.

e. Carelessness: - Carelessness also causes falling of the hair. Tying the hair for many days without proper combing, bathing in hot water can cause hair loss. Besides if left without proper oil application hair strands become dry and often there are chances for breakage of hair. Tying the hair wet can cause broken ends.

These are but a few of the reasons for hair loss. Now we can consider the main remedies for this problem.

Previously people used to have dark, lustrous and abundant hair because they used to pamper hair a lot. In this modern life people can overcome the problem of hair loss and can have good hair if they spare some time for its care. Applying some mild oil, which is slightly heated, and massaging it all over the scalp through gentle motion of the finger improve the blood supply and enhances the growth of hair. Besides instead of using shampoo and other chemicals it is often advised to use some herbal concotions, which are really good for the hair. These products are available in the market. Ayurveda offers many such good medicines for this problem. Henna is a good conditioner. Include healthy food in the diet. Instead of using the hair drier, we can use some medicated fumes, which will help to dry the air naturally and will not have any side effects. Our grandmothers are all very particular about this. Including fresh leafy vegetables and lots of water is also advised. Amla is good for the hair. Honey can also be used to wash the hair. Kanhunni is an herb, which helps in hair growth. There are many oils in Ayurveda, which uses this herb. Proper care also is necessary. Washing the hair daily reduces the accumulation of dirt and grime in the hair. Once the hair is dry, gently comb the hair. It is good to run the comb through the scalp without getting knots.

In general, hair loss is a big problem. If we have the time and proper care, then we can overcome this problem.
